A small studio that builds 3D websites, and the systems under them.

Merse Studio designs and engineers real-time 3D websites from Mumbai, along with the admin, lead pipeline and reporting behind them.

Who

Small on purpose.

Merse Studio was founded in Mumbai by Yash Jagda. Design, 3D and engineering happen in the same place, so nothing is lost between a designer’s file and a developer’s build.

We take on a few builds at a time, and each one gets its own visual language and its own scene.

How we work

Four habits we hold on every build.

  1. Profiled on real phones

    Every scene is measured on a mid-range Android. Pixel density is capped and models stream in after the page paints.

  2. Readable before the 3D arrives

    Every page ships as real HTML, so Google, ChatGPT and a weak connection all get the full copy. The scene loads once the visitor is idle.

  3. No lead lost, none doubled

    An enquiry is saved on the device before it is sent, and the server refuses to count it twice.

  4. One scope, in writing

    An itemised scope, a fixed price and dated milestones, agreed before design starts.

What we don’t do

The list is short, and we keep to it.

  • Templates and page builders.

    Every site is designed and coded from a blank file.

  • 3D for its own sake.

    A scene goes in only where it changes a decision.

  • Invented numbers.

    If a figure is on a page of ours, it was measured.

  • Long lock-ins.

    Retainers run month to month.

The first build

Bhatia Builders set the bar.

A Mumbai developer selling homes in a tower that does not exist yet. We built the tower in real-time 3D, and the system their sales team now runs on.
