Real-time 3D websites, built to hold 60fps.

Three.js, WebGL and React Three Fiber: authored scenes, not imported models.

A Mumbai studio engineering cinematic 3D for the phones your buyers actually carry, with the SEO and lead capture underneath.

The stack

Authored scenes.Not bolted-on models.

A 3D website is a scene (lighting, material, depth, camera) composed to feel inevitable, then engineered so it never drops a frame. That is a craft and a budget, and we hold both.

01

Three.js & WebGL

Raw Three.js or React Three Fiber, custom shaders where a material has to feel real, post-processing only when it earns its milliseconds.

02

Choreographed motion

Camera moves, reveals and scroll transitions directed like film: eased, intentional, never disorienting.

03

Mobile frame budget

Pixel-ratio caps, streamed glTF, idle-gated loading and a 60fps target on mid-range Android: the scene respects the device.

04

Content underneath

Every page prerendered to real HTML with structured data, so the 3D layer never costs you Google or an AI answer.

Where 3D earns its place

The scene servesthe sale.

We only put 3D where it changes a decision: a buyer who can walk a floor plan, a product that turns in their hand, a brand moment nobody forgets.

Real estate

Explorable buildings

Towers, floors and views buyers can move through before a brick is laid: on the phone, in the sales office, from the ad.

Product

Configurators & hero scenes

Real-time product renders that turn, open and recolour: one asset, every angle, no re-shoot.

Brand

Signature moments

One authored scene that makes the site the thing people remember and send to each other.

Engineering

Fast first.Then cinematic.

A 3D scene that stutters kills the premium feel instantly. The engineering exists so the craft can show, and so the site still ranks, reads and converts.

The render loop, the asset pipeline and the HTML underneath: one budget, one build.

How we ship

Scene, budget,then build.

Three steps from first call to a scene running on your buyers' phones, with the frame budget agreed before a single model is made.

Questions

3D web development,answered.

What is a 3D website, and how is it different from a video or animation?
A 3D website renders a real-time scene in the browser with WebGL (a product, a building, an abstract world) so it responds to scroll, touch and cursor instead of playing back a fixed clip. Video is the same for every visitor; a real-time scene lets each buyer explore, and it stays sharp at any screen size because nothing is pre-rendered.
Which technologies do you use for 3D web development?
Three.js and WebGL at the core, React Three Fiber where the site is React, custom GLSL shaders for materials and post-processing, and glTF/GLB assets compressed with Draco or Meshopt. Around the scene: React, Vite, build-time prerendering, and GSAP or native scroll for choreography. We pick per project; the frame budget decides, not habit.
Will a 3D website be slow on mobile?
Not if it is engineered for the phone first. We cap device pixel ratio, stream models after the page paints, load the 3D runtime only when the visitor is idle, and hold a 60fps budget on mid-range Android: the phones Indian buyers actually carry. On the Bhatia Builders site the whole tower, lit, is 0.7 MB and arrives after the first paint.
Can a 3D website still rank on Google and be read by AI assistants?
Yes. Every page we ship is prerendered to real HTML at build time, so Google, Bing and answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity read the full copy without executing JavaScript. The 3D scene layers on top of that content; it never replaces it. Structured data, semantic headings and fast Core Web Vitals come standard.
How much does a 3D website cost in India?
It depends on the scene: an abstract signature moment on a hero costs far less than a product configurator or an explorable building with real architecture. After a discovery call we send an itemised scope with a fixed price. As a guide, real-time 3D adds roughly 30–60% to a comparable premium website build. See the full price bands for India
How long does a 3D website take to build?
Six to twelve weeks for a marketing site with one or two authored scenes, depending on whether the 3D assets exist or we model them. Scenes are the long pole: modelling, optimisation and lighting are iterated against real device frame rates, not just a desktop preview.
Do you build 3D websites for real estate, products, or brands?
All three. Real estate is where we have the deepest shipped proof: buyers exploring a tower that is not built yet. Product brands use real-time 3D for configurators and hero moments; B2B and D2C brands use it for a signature scene that makes the site memorable. The engineering is the same; the story changes.
